Well my life changes hasn’t got off to a good start.
I had my plan of action all drawn out then I got to work on Monday after spending the morning sorting out my life changes and they changed my hours for the next 2 days so I haven’t had a chance to sit down at my computer and blog.
Last night I got to see my parents who I hadn’t seen in weeks so that was really good to see them again.
By the time I got home it was to late to start blogging so my promise of blogging everyday is now down by 2 days. I’m not going to beat myself up about it these things happen.
I only have about 1/2 hour today to blog as I’m off to have my hair cut, a new me is about to emerge.
The starting to eat healthy again is going well and the 5 pounds that I put on (to many crisps and Gin and Tonics), on holiday has nearly gone so that’s good news.
When I came back from my hols I sat down and deleted all the emails that were in my inbox. I didn’t look at any of them just selected all 1587 emails and pressed delete. I must admit this was a scary moment but if I want to start my new life then it needed to be done. So if anyone has emailed me in the last week then I’m sorry just email me again and I will get back to you. As Tim Ferriss says” If it’s important then people will get back to you.”
As I looked at my blank email box a new email popped into my inbox it was from Rick Itzkowich here is the link to his website if you want to get inspirational quotes to help you get motivated http://www.rickitzkowich.com/ . You don’t get them everyday just once or twice a week. Anyway this is what the quote was.
Here’s your “QuoteAction” of the day:
“I will guarantee you that the day you step outside your comfort zone by making success your goal is the day you discover that adversity, risk, and daring will make life sweeter than you ever imagined.”
Mark Burnett, Founder of the Eco Challenge
Your action for today is to do something that is outside of your comfort zone.
This was just spooky and it made me think I had done the right thing and not to worry or get stressed about it, so thank you Rick for sending this to me at the perfect time.
So today is haircut time so I better log off and get myself some breakfast and get ready to go. You never know I might even blog again tonight when I get in and try and catch up with my schedule (lets hope so)
So talk to you later.
My life changes are starting to take shape if you are planning to do the same comment below and let me know what you are planning.
